Integrations

Tip Sheet doesn't ask you to key in hours or takings. You connect two systems you already use — and from then on they do the data entry.

What your two connections do

Your timesheet systemTells Tip Sheet who worked, when, and in which area — so it knows who was on for each shift.Deputy, Employment Hero, FoundU, Humanforce, Roubler, Tanda, Zambion
Your POSSends card tips, sales and service charges through to Tip Sheet.Doshii, Lightspeed, Tyro — and most POS systems via Doshii
Tip SheetMatches every tip to the shift that earned it, splits it by your rules, and prepares the payment.

Each venue connects one timesheet system and one POS. Once one of each is connected the other cards are greyed out — to change provider, disconnect the current one first. Cash tips aren't part of this: you enter those by hand in the venue view.

Setting one up

Integrations live in the admin view: open Venues, choose the venue, then the Integrations tab. You need permission to manage integrations for that venue — without it the cards are read-only.

Each page tells you exactly what to have ready first. With some you just sign in and approve Tip Sheet; with others you paste in a few details your provider gives you; and a few are set up for you by Tip Sheet support. Your provider's page says which.
