Correct a tip sheet
You can correct a person's figures on the tip sheet while the week is In progress. Tip Sheet recalculates as soon as you save, and everyone else's share adjusts.
If the hours are wrong because a shift is wrong, fix the shift in your timesheet system, then import timesheets. Your timesheet system and Tip Sheet then agree.
In the daily view
-
Select the person's name to open their row.
-
Choose Edit items, at the bottom of their row.

-
Each day becomes a set of boxes. Change what you need, then choose Save.
Then Save
| Change | What happens |
|---|---|
| Dept | They share in that department's tips for the day instead. |
| Hours in a service, such as Lunch | Their share of that service changes, and so does everyone else's in their department. |
| Points | The same: a bigger or smaller share, taken from or given to their department. |
| $Tips | Fixes their amount for the day. Everyone else in the department is rebalanced around it, and nobody drops below $0. You can't enter more than the day's total. |
A changed figure turns orange. Point at it to see what it was.

With the row closed, that day's amount is orange too, with the note Changed by hand. Open the row to see what changed.
Add a day someone worked
If someone worked a day that isn't on their row, choose Edit items and select the + under that day (Add this day). It adds the day with their usual department and tip points, and no hours. Enter their hours, then Save.
In the weekly view
Select the pencil at the end of the person's row. Change their Department, Tip Points, Hours or Tips Earned, then choose Save.

If their department or tip points changed during the week, the cell says multiple and can't be changed here.
At a dependent venue
You can change Department, Tip Points and the Days or Hours column the same way.

Tips Earned stays fixed until the frontline venues have locked their week.
Tips Earned can only be changed once every frontline venue this venue takes from has locked its week. Until then, the amount coming in can still change.
Put it back
One person, daily view. Open their row and choose Edit items. A Reset calculations row appears under any day that was changed. Tick the box under each day you want back, then choose Save. A day you added with + is removed.
Tick the dayThen SaveOne person, weekly view. Select the pencil on their row. A Revert column appears beside a row that was changed. Tick its box, then choose Save.
The whole week. Choose the status button at the top right of the sheet, then Reset Calculations. Tip Sheet asks first: choose Reset Calculations again. Every change on the week goes back to the calculated figures.
It undoes all the changes anyone has made to the week, not just yours. Check with whoever else works on the sheet first.
When you can't change anything
- The week is locked or paid. Nothing can change until it's unlocked. See Lock, pay and unlock a week.
- There's no Edit items or pencil. Your role doesn't include the permission for that change.
