Reports

Tip Sheet has two reports and an audit trail that cover the whole business rather than one venue. They're all in the admin view, in the menu down the left.

To get there, use the Venue | Admin switch at the foot of the menu. Or open the account menu at the top right, where your name and business are, and choose Switch to Admin Portal. See Venue and admin views.

Choose Reports to open the two reports. Audit Trails has its own entry further down.

The figures can still change

Both reports include weeks that are still In progress. Until a week is locked, its figures move as shifts and tips come in. To see only figures that are settled, set the week status to Locked and Paid.

The two reports won't always agree. A hidden week still counts in the Venue Status Report, but the Employee Tip Report leaves it out.

Who can see them

ToBusiness permission
Open the Employee Tip Report and the Venue Status ReportAccess venue reports. The reports cover only the venues the person is assigned to.
Open Audit Trails, and a staff member's User LogsView audit trails. This covers the whole business, including venues the person isn't assigned to.

Without the permission, the menu entry doesn't appear. Some actions inside the reports need tip sheet permissions as well; each page lists them. See What each permission controls.
