Integrations
Tip Sheet doesn't ask you to key in hours or takings. You connect two systems you already use — and from then on they do the data entry.
What your two connections do
Each venue connects one timesheet system and one POS. Once one of each is connected, the others fold away out of sight; to change provider, disconnect the current one first. Cash tips aren't part of this: you enter those by hand in the venue view.

Triniteq PowerEPOSPowerEPOS sales and card tips come across on a schedule. Through the dayMost POS systems reach Tip Sheet through Doshii, a service that connects your POS to other apps. You won't find a Doshii tile: each POS has its own, marked via doshii under its logo. If yours isn't there, contact Tip Sheet support, as more connect through Doshii all the time.
Setting one up
Integrations live in the admin view: open Venues, choose the venue, then its Integrations tab. The tab has two sections, Timesheets and POS. A dependent venue has no POS section, and shows Timesheets only if it was set up with a timesheet system of its own.
Before anything is connected, each section is a set of tiles: the system's logo, its name, and how long it takes to connect (Connects instantly, About 10 business days, Set up by your POS provider…). Select a tile to start connecting it. Each provider's page says what happens next: with some you sign in and approve Tip Sheet, with others you paste in details your provider gives you, and a few are set up for you.
Once one is connected, it becomes a single row, tagged Connected, with a Manage button and a ⋮ button (More for Deputy, and so on) that opens a menu. The other systems fold away under Show the other 6 timesheet systems (or POS systems).
Import past data, DisconnectThe Slippery Slope has Deputy for hours and Tyro for card tips.
- Manage reopens the connection's settings, such as which locations feed this venue.
- ⋮ has Import past data, which brings in the last two pay periods in the background, and Disconnect, which asks you to confirm first. Disconnecting stops new updates; nothing already in Tip Sheet is deleted.
To see or switch to another system, open Show the other…. The others are greyed out, with A venue uses one timesheet system at a time. To change to one of these, disconnect the one it has first.

Every tile, greyed out because this venue already has one of each. The line under each name says how long connecting takes.
A dependent venue with nothing to connect reads Nothing to connect for this venue: it takes its tips and hours from its frontline venues.

Without permission to manage the venue's integrations, you can see what the venue is connected to but not change it. A note at the top says so, connected rows have no Manage or ⋮, and a section with nothing connected reads No timesheet system connected or No POS connected. Ask someone with the permission.
